[Ruby and Olympia had been walking for awhile now. Ruby had stumbled into her earlier in the desert but hadn't seemed to be in a huge hurry to get back to town herself. She had mostly been withdrawn and quiet. Reluctant to really open up and talk about what she knew about this place.

As the sun starts to set her pace picks up a little, but the sign of the cacti starting to move gives her a little pause.

...And then the question comes up and she frowns. It's probably the most she's really said since they started to walk.]

Last time they showed up they'd paralyze you if you got stuck in their needles.
