She's rifling through the meager selection of leaves, feeling a fresh pang of worry for Mayoi. His little tea leaf plants...surely he'd return to tend to them?
She hopes so.
Once he's sat, she gestures for him to slide the cup her way so she can pour water, sliding it back his way when she's done so.
"Trusting your instincts is the right of it," she replies belatedly. "Though...you'll also want to trust the instincts of those you come to trust here, because, as you've just experienced...we can be deceived. I do wish it weren't so frustratingly vague, but that is the long and short of it."
