"Not as such," he admits, looking over with the smallest of smiles at the intensity of her scrutiny. It makes sense, of course; even though he's sitting, with food of a kind on its way and a glass of water set before him, the effects of the heat haven't been fully banished yet. If their situations were reversed, he thinks he'd be doing the same thing, at least until the worst of the danger had passed. "The general feeling, yes, but the specifics? Not so much. I think I've been somewhere like this before, but..."
