At least the whole situation is equally as awkward for them both, if the expression on the other man's face as he opens the door is anything to go by. The eyes are their own surprise, too, but somehow Darlington knows better than to stare.
"I'm beginning to think a map might've been helpful," he admits, looking down again at the key in his hand. "Apparently, I have a room here, but god knows where."
