Darn, Cecelia. One step ahead of her here. Just the very look the girl gives her - so wide-eyed, clearly caught by surprise - probably tells Cecelia enough to know that apologizing is exactly the thing she was about to do.
But she at least listens to the words, swallowing down any apologies before they can cross her lips.
