He expects things like the flavors will be different and the language looks a little weirder but not illegible. The animals look stranger to what he's known, and everyone has rounded ears instead of pointed ones. He knows magic is inherent to the Demon Realm, and not to the Human Realm, but does not know about witches specifically.
