Applications

Applications

Applications open five days before the 1st of the 1st and 2nd months of a cycle at 00:01 ET, and close on the 1st at 00:01 ET, unless stated otherwise in the game calendar. There will be no "Apps open" or "Apps closed" notifications on this page. We will use timestamps to check if you applied within the window.

In 2024, applications will be open at the end of January, February, April, May, July, August, October, and November, unless stated otherwise. Apps will only be open for new players when there are open player slots.

Applications will open August 27th at 12:01am and close September 1st at 12:01am.



Application rules:
  • You must be invited to apply.
  • You can apply for up to two characters with an invite. You can apply for both characters during the same application cycle.
  • An invite does not guarantee a spot in the game.
  • Apps are on a first come, first served basis. There is no reserve system.
  • Revisions are for clarity, too few/many words, or missing parts.
  • Post your application in your journal, and link to it from your application comment.
  • Application comments are screened.

Character info


Character name: Your character's name
Canon: Your character's canon
Canon point & release date: Your character's canon point and the date that canon point was released
CRAU (if applicable): Where is your character CRAU from, and a summary of what this means for the character.
Powers: (no more than 150 words) If your character has powers, write them here. This is powers they have inherently that are more than the usual human. With regains, this means that your character has these powers even if they haven't regained the skill of how to use them. Bulletpoints are fine.

Personality


What is your character most afraid of? How are they defined by this fear? (100-300 words) Explain your character's deepest fears. What drives them through avoidance? What gets under their skin?

What is your character's greatest desire? How are they defined by this desire? (100-300 words) What drives your character to keep going? What do they want? Why?

How will not having memories change your character? What core personality traits, if any, will change? How? (200-300 words) A bulleted list is fine, but explain how these traits are demonstrated in canon, and how they will change when your character lacks memories.

You have 10 memory points. How will you use them? Reference the Memory Mechanics page to learn about how to spend points. You don't have to use all 10 now; you can spend any unused points later.
