[His manner of speech belies the fact that he is not of noble birth, that he is not a king through lineage or prestige, but through conquest and merit of skill. The first and last king of Waloed. His manner, the way he holds himself, that air of command he wieldsβ€”all of it earned through personal discipline, just as the muscle that broadens his frame. Yet, Ademnet may have noticed that the way in which he walks does not really speak of the pomp of nobility, but something all the more purposeful and strongβ€”like a stalking panther.

The question is a good one, there were an array of targets. Between those that shared their likeness and the grey, indistinct cowboys (though he knows them not as such), he has to wonder. After all, the previous trial had a key in fire, and one could avoid injury if they feared it.

Barnabas, however, does not.

He looks to the far wall, the words not giving much of a hint, for the reference is lost on him. The idea of their specific cutouts being a threat is...well, very plausible. Perhaps they are to take out the anonymous men without hitting themselves. Barnabas picks up the gun, looking it over as he settles it against his shoulder as he tries to get a feel for it in his hold.]

Then let us begin with the uniform targets.
