Pickle Inspector is indeed new. He hadn't yet stopped to consider it. So far there had always been a thing to do, a bull to mount, a wall to lick, an imaginary bell to ring. Sitting now with Yuri absence catches up to PI. What does it mean to be new? Is he new to Yuri? This place? Existence? Yes. Yes? Yes??

Pickle Inspector considers all this aloud in a blubbering fashion. While the words themselves are more often gibberish than not, his existential terror is clear. He works himself into such a fuss he spins in circles on his barstool.

Eventually PI calms and asks Yuri about when he was "new." How long has he been here?
