She tilts her head, assessing her for a moment with a slow and thoughtful blink.

"That's okay," she decides abruptly. "I'll follow you."

If Vera's appearance is strange to her she shows no sign of it, nor does she seem worried. Neither worried about Vera, or worried about whether being followed is something Vera wants. Or even whether she or Vera are having the same conversation.
