I've got a character here who's... well, technically she's a canon character who has multiple exchanges with a major character but she isn't named and nothing about her specifically is known, though some things can be extrapolated. I have basically made a Fandom OC, who aside from those exchanges hasn't interacted with any of the canon characters save for another very minor one. Would Hisako be appable?
