Hello hello! These are good questions; thanks for asking them now so we can stick them into the FAQ this weekend!

It's the entire first quarter that is "looping," although you're right that it won't immediately seem that way to the characters because events will be different (because we don't want to subject everyone to the same events). Basically, you can consider each cycle (we're now in cycle 2) to be a new loop, some things repeating exactly and some things changing.

As for what will repeat and what will change, we'll call out the anchor points in events when they happen as well as opportunities to change them, so you'll always know what is a fixed point that's the same as the last loop! We'll also say that like... we're sort of figuring this out as we go and we are more than open to character actions just changing things even without that being the explicit goal, you know?

Some big anchor points right off the bat:
-the weather
-the state of the pool
-the arrival of the coyote sheriff
-the storm
