Character name: Palamedes Sextus Permissions:*boop* General impressions of your character: Pal is gangly, inquisitive, and doesn’t know how to stand still to save his life. He paces, he fiddles with his glasses until they’ve been twisted to bits, he’s often toying with a pen or pencil. When he goes still, it means he’s concentrating extra hard on something, and everyone is in big trouble. Talks to himself all the time. The epitome of friendly but socially awkward, he will definitely walk up to people and start asking questions, but he may just as abruptly walk away if he thinks of something more interesting. Has a serious case of resting bitch face, but a smile like the sun. CR you're interested in: Nerd friends, jock friends, people who will find him weird and irritating, people who will find him weird and awesome. CR you're not interested in: Nothing in particular
General ideas or plans for the month: Oh boy, as May kicks off, Pal is definitely dealing with a lot of grief. He’ll be pretty devastated over Flynn’s death, and even after Flynn comes back will probably have a grief hangover. Also completely gutted by Nona’s disappearance, kind of feels like he failed her because of course he does.
But instead of dealing with his feelings, he is just going to throw himself into his two new projects: First, Pal will be hosting a house meeting (hotel meeting?) sometime this month for people to come together and mingle and share information. There will be tea! And maybe other snacks. Does anyone want to bring snacks?
Second: He has powers to practice! Last month he started practicing Double Bones with Doctor Skelebone basic bone magic and did a little force field work, this month he’s moving on to psychometry! This will allow him to start figuring out some basics of Well’s history (maybe).
Event ideas:
Ghosts: PAL IS GONNA TALK TO SOME GHOSTS. Honestly that’s it, that’s all I have planned. Come help him do a seance, it’ll be fun.
Cacti: Most definitely going to get snagged by the cholla and probably later encounter his own plant and be overwhelmed by feelings. I’m excited to play with the fact that, because blood contains thanergy (aka death energy, aka, the stuff that makes Pal’s powers go vroom), he will be more powerful when he is being drained, or when someone else is. He isn’t going to be sure how he feels about this AT ALL. With that in mind, I’d love to have him try to help rescue some people as well!
Flowers: I do not have any specific ideas beyond the cholla flowers giving him Big Feelings, but I am open to ideas!!
