So Glitch can manipulate lightning, absorb it, not be harmed by it.
I'm assuming even if he's struck by the town's lightning the effects will still take place he just might not feel the same discomfort.

Question I have is if he shot himself or someone else with lightning he generated or absorbed from the strike would it count as a reverting back to your original state?
