A topic of some confusion: when you're body swapped, is it the character's real body? Eg, would any scars, bruises, ill-advised tattoos (this is not a thing we're planning yet, just, y'know, spitballing), illnesses, haircuts, miracle cures, deaths, etc still be applicable to the character when they get their body back?

Or is it a simulacrum of the body and all the damage to their liver is fiiine? :P
(It's possible this has been answered in threads but I'm ridiculously behind.)
