The intention of this Happenings post is to create more of a sense of a small town. What: Hacking the Walkie-Talkies; they're openly discussing attempting to get an emergency broadcast system up
Where: Dax is publicly collecting information on the Bulletin Board; anyone has Dax's open invitation to come to Aizawa's room, (Room 319), to have their walkie inspected.
