We're all settling in just right to the new, improved Wellstone. But what is your character up to outside of the horrors? How do they persist? Use this form to brainstorm how you're characters have been vibing on the day-to-day!

Character Name: Loki
Where they hang out: (What a good excuse to revisit the locations page, lmao). Loki hangs out at the pub and tavern a decent amount, too anxious about being alone to hide away all the time. He also attends the meals provided at the manor regularly. Very occasionally he visits the edges of the graveyard, but he's not going inside anytime soon.
Activities they often do: He sometimes checks the general store for books and will read whatever he manages to get, though it's never very interesting. He also keeps practicing throwing and handling knives, not that he's making much progress at it.
What they're like at mealtimes: Despite being rather lean, Loki can really pack away food. He's also a bit of a foodie and enjoys trying new things, but he's not terribly interested in anything too sweet. And while he's a very polite diner and would never talk with his mouth full, he somehow manages to talk as much as he eats (which is to say, a lot).
What their current vibe is: Loki's doing his best to Have a Good Time in whatever way possible, so he appears sociable and active, but honestly anyone who makes an actual effort to get to know him or check in on him won't have to push very hard to find out he is very freaked out at not remembering anything and by the few things he does remember. He's also nervous about feeling like he can't really defend himself, possibly because he has memories of having been a decent fighter but not the skill to back it up.
What CR are you interested in: Oh just about anything! Loki's kind of vacilating wildly between angst/anxiety and partypartyparty so there's a pretty decently wide range of relationships he can be gathering at this point. He's pretty annoying sometimes and hasn't reignited his mischievous side yet so it would be fun to get someone who dislikes him/he dislikes who he can then torment with stupid pranks.

- John will hang out with him at the pub or tavern. He'll freely share little stories from the previous cycle or let Loki talk at him over a pint (or two, or three).
- If he catches Loki hanging out at the edge of the graveyard, John will absolutely play up the "eccentric goth friend" bit to drag him deeper and show him some bone magic. He doesn't actually raise any human skeletons, but manages to scrounge up bits of animal bone, from which he can reconstruct and animate the whole animal skeleton. He names every single one as if it's a beloved pet.
- They never bring up the bathhouse and both pretend they're totally chill and normal with zero anxiety or trauma.

1. Yes!!! Maybe not worth threading out but if you have specific stories to share I would love to hear them.
2. Loki's definitely going along with all of that out of morbid fascination but I do think he would eventually ask if this is? maybe a bad idea? if the pit is still here? That's the main reason he's like, hovering but not actually going in. Curiosity but also self-preservation lmfao

- the saloon used to have a mechanical bull and it absolutely kicked his ass (he met many of his friends when they either showed him up or scraped him off the floor)
- they were all forced to attend a shitty party out in the desert (nothing to eat or drink except hallucinatory cactus juice) (he'd avoid the fact that Dax had a bad reaction to cactus juice and, while trying to heal her from that, he maybe killed her)
- there was a similarly compulsory shitty pool party where the pool was empty of water but full of confetti (John got thrown in Pool Jail for breaking some of the arbitrary rools)
- people sometimes get buried alive after a visit to the tentacle pit (John got one of his friends out but it rattled them both)
- last cycle, all the taps started flowing with blood instead of water, so he learned to draw water from that blood (this made him very useful but kinda freaked everyone out)
- he really sucked at getting a sword, it took him 5 failures before a success: 1. the torture tentacles came out of the ground to get him again, 2. the grove pelted him with rocks, 3. the grove tangled him with vines, 4. the grove just started screaming, 5. the grove became covered in eyes and started crying tears of blood. Then he got the coolest, gothest sword you've ever seen. (He would dodge the question of why the fuck he kept trying.)
2. John would helpfully inform him that the tentacle pit can snatch people anywhere at any time, and he can't feel its presence right now, so they might as well fuck around.no subject
