• First of all, I'm late jumping into the Signal plot, so look out for a top-level going up soon and maybe some tag outs!


• Just as an FYI, I'm going to be dropping some older threads to make room for new things. Most of them fall into easily handwaved introductory stuff; I'm not dropping party threads or anything specific. If I drop anything you'd like to keep, let me know!


• More CR building in general! He's still new, so I'm looking forward to him meeting more characters he hasn't had a chance to talk to yet.


• As it's been said before, this is a man who craves a polycule. The separation from Oryou and the resulting void or absence he feels almost constantly is only relieved when he spends time around other people. Now that he's been here for a while and started to settle in, he's likely to start seeking out company. It doesn't need to be sexy, but it certainly can be.


• So! This is a general call out that I am open to shipping of all kinds! As a note, I typically don't write smut, but I am very interested in writing the build-up and the aftermath/aftercare.

• If you don't already know, Ryouma has been heavily in denial since he arrived. He wants to believe that he's fully human and that his life is simple and he lives by the sword and it's great, but of course that's not remotely true.


• One reason for all this is that he isn't capable of accepting any of this without a specific memory, which is what he's going to be acquiring after this event!


• Fairy Rings —
  • I'm not planning anything specific for this prompt on my own, but I AM offering him as a potential victim to get pushed into one of the rings. What I'm planning for him for this month will go down either way, but adding an optional layer of paranoia and fear would be spicy!
  
  
• Speak the Truth —
  • One of Ryouma's major issues is how incredibly evasive he can be when it comes to talking about himself or his feelings. He has a bad combination of stubbornness and pride, and it has literally gotten him killed before.
  
  
  • Ryouma doesn't technically need to breathe, so his hanahaki condition is going to have more body horror involved. He'll insist he's fine! Spoiler alert: he's not fine. He might need a little coaxing here, but once he starts, he won't be able to resist the urge to confess things after that.
  
  
  • I would love to use this to get him to open up about things. Let him talk about crimes he's committed that he doesn't remember, his worst intrusive thoughts, his insecurities about whether or not he's a ghost, etc. It'll be fun!


• Upon Reflection —
  • Ryouma will be de-aging to a child or a teenager ONLY.
  
  
  • This is intentional! Once he figures out that reflective surfaces cause it and also that there are people who appear old, he's going to keep trying to see what happens and realise he never appears older than 30.
  
  
  • He will be regaining the memory of his death as far as that he was assassinated and that he died, but none of the context, yay!
  
  


• The (predicted) outcome is that he is really going to struggle with this because if he DIED, then it really legitimises the rumours that he's a ghost and he won't know what to do with that information.


• He will fall back on all his worst habits and traits and cope with this poorly (while pretending it's Fine), so I would love to build CR with that in mind. There is no sex pollen, but he will be varying levels of drunk, needy, and pathetic, so he would do well with other people to commiserate or cuddle with~


• He will also want to reach out to science or magically-inclined people to help him sort out his identity crisis.
  
  
  • This is a surprisingly good resource for Servant lore in an easily digestible format (compared to the actual Type-Moon wiki lmaooo) if you'd like to read up on things a bit.
  
  
  • There is obviously no way in hell anyone will be able to know precisely what he is, but the speculation is what I'm here for!
  
  
  • No one has to give him a correct answer or even a good answer. He's being very trusting what's the worst that can happen? I always invite people to be manipulative and awful to my characters, especially if they don't deserve it lmao. Live your bliss.
