Cam will test different variables: sitting at a different booth, sitting at the center booth and going with it and saying ‘thank you’, calling him from a different booth (eg, check please!), asking ’fourth wall’ questions based on what they know (how many of you are there? How long have people arrived here?), holding up the walkie when he speaks, reaching to grab his arm to interrupt the movement or block the pie put down etc.
