When asked for coffee, the waiter holds out a slice of pecan pie that he's holding and says, slow and careful, in a lilting southern drawl,

"....pink champa.....gne........ on ice....... and she— she— said—"

And then he deposits the pie onto the nearest surface, whether that's hand or table, and starts the loop again.
