You know what this hellscape needs? A WEDDING ARC [plotting/planning]

Hi everyone! I'd like to invite y'all to join in on a plot/event for mid-November!


BACKGROUND
Darin and Cecelia are determined to get married in this weird hellscape - both as an affirmation to each other AND as open defiance to everything going on in said weird hellscape. Everyone will be welcome of course, because gatherings are good AND because bending everyone's will toward hope and resilience will alter the outcome, much how all their modifications in the town have! SEE IT'S FOR SCIENCE *AND* ROMANCE

OFFERING/PROPOSASL (pun intended)
Even if we haven't icly threaded it out, please consider your characters approached/invited! If you want to have that interaction, let us know because OF COURSE we want more threads, but we don't want to overburden anyone.
If your character would be interested in contributing (decorations, food, fashion, hijinks, etc.), please share your ideas here! We'd like to collect as much up-front in order to prepare the open mingle log we'll have for the event itself, and we can flavor it with all the contributions everyone has made c:
There will be an open post with aforementioned contributions and the sequence of the event and then you're welcome to party/hijinks on all night! It'll be like a party with no kokomo

TIMING
Targeting mid-November for the post to go live, similar in-game timing.

Again: EVERYONE is welcome to join/contribute as they please, even if it's just to come thread! 0 barrier for entry so long as you like. Don't do a murder during vows...no vow-murder

-ask Yuri to walk her
-ask Olympia to help decorate
-ask Palamedes to keep ghosties from fucking shit up

we won't have a lot of ready options so we'll hav eto do some funny sparkly cavern wishing! if there's any special flavor/decor u would like me to note olympia adding to the building darin's gonna construct, lmk so i can add it!!

LOL YES WE WILL... have to make do with what they got.. olympia will definitely try her best to still make it look decorated despite the lack of materials!! it's a good thing she is very creative, she will try to make decorative statues by piling up the weirdly shaped rocks.. feel free to assume they're in the shape of whatever cecelia might have suggested after olympia would ask her for suggestions!!

Pal will definitely try to encourage the good ghosts to come and beg them not to cause trouble! I think the mods will have to weigh in on whether or not it works.

He will also be willing to help with just about anything, from decorating, to helping her get dressed, to...idk, ushering? He won't be good at any of it, but he will be excited. At some point he'll probably suggest using skeletons for manual labor, plz feel free to reject this idea outright, Cece.

Dax would absolutely reprogram the piano to play a song or two they'd want, as long as they can sing it for her to replicate!

Darin doesn't have any songs in mind but maybe Dax could DJ with songs people submit? It'd be so much better than Kokomo forever.

Dax can't DJ so much as manually, painstakingly re-do the roll inside the player piano! She'll redo the piano again to the songs from the club dance at default, and if there are any specific ones you think of later that they could sing for her, feel free to say she said yes and did it! It takes her a few days and she can do up to three reasonably (the roll is only so long!)
