1. Someone has tried to steal Vic's kidneys after feeding him drugged oatmeal, just as his dam warned him would happen. Delicious, delicious centaur kidneys! Do you know he has four of them?

2. Vic's first job was as a deckboy on a pirate ship, serving under the Sober Pirate Morgan, after she threatened to stab him.

3. Vic's self-care product of choice? Coconut oil. It's good for everything! Skin, hair, fur, hooves, nails, digestion... Puts a shine on those muscles and it smells great too.

Uh. [Sweating...] Can't possibly be three. I don't use product. Scaly rough skin shows you're rough and tough and don't care if you itch. If I got some bounce in my mane and tail, that's all natural.

Hm, so three is definitely true then...and like, someone trying to take your kidneys sucks, but if you've got four that seems like a thing that might happen? So I'm guessing number 2 is the lie, final answer.

What's a kidney even do, anyways?

I didn't even know you could get oil out of a coconut. That must be true, considering the detail. So... perhaps number 1 is the answer. It's hard to imagine that someone would really go to those lengths for a kidney.

Well, that's easy enough. You're guarding a princess, so I can't imagine that you really dropped out of Knight School, assuming that there's such a thing as Knight School.

In history...? That can't be right at all, but then, it's obvious which is the lie, so...
