[PLAYER PLOT] THE WELLSTONE BASEBALL EPISODE

Hello, residents of Wellstone! The Wellstone Games Club, consisting of Keiichi, Alec, Dax, Olympia, and Satoko, have been reinventing the Earth game "baseball" based on a collection of half-remembered rules. They've created something... mostly resembling baseball, and they're bringing it to town in the form of a friendly competition!

This will be a laid-back event consisting of an RNG'd game victor, vibes-based baseball, and an after party.

There will be two teams; the captains are Keiichi and Dax.

This is open to everyone in town, please sign up in the comment below and join us!

IC Timeline
Beginning of the month | The Games Club members come around trying to get anyone and everyone to participate! Feel free to handwave your character being asked nicely or badgered into agreeing, whatever you like. Teams will be assigned, and then the training montage begins.

30 May | The game is played in the afternoon. The after party is held immediately after.

OOC Timeline
3 May 23:59 CST | Sign ups for the tournament close.

4 May | Rosters and winners announced, after party planning.

8 May | IC Event Log posted. The game and after party to celebrate the victors will be forward-dated to May 30.

Character name: Nicholas D. Wolfwood
Player name: Orlando
Player contact: [plurk.com profile] paperbacks

Team/role preference: No preference, though he might slightly prefer Dax's team (she seems smart). For role, just let him hit things sometimes and he'll be fine.
Modifier:+4
Wolfwood has extremely good reflexes and hand/eye coordination, as well as exceptional balance and great speed. He will get very into competing and be entirely unintiminated by anyone guarding the bases because he's out to beat them too. His drawbacks are a bit of a tendency towards tunnel vision, the possibility he'll accidentally use too much force (oops I was a science experiment and still don't remember that), and frankly that he might just run right into getting tagged out.
