Vibes: He is literally a huge evil dragon. He has been downscaled to the size of a horse. The lack of hoardable wealth in this setting will appall him.
Memories: He remembers running an esteemed adventuring academy for fantasy teens, which is definitely something he must have done of his own free will and not because he was magically bound to servitude. He also remembers being tormented in Hell, but not how he got there. He has not retained any skills in fighting, flying, or breathing fire.
Initial Plans: He's going to stick up the general store for spare change and valuables, and find something to declare himself in charge of. This will go great.
